This year, we’re doing something new—and bigger than ever!
Join us for an exciting week that combines a high-energy Soccer Camp with our Illumination Station VBS experience. Families can register for either event or both, giving you flexibility while still offering your kids an unforgettable week.
Soccer Camp
June 1-4 | 6-8 pm
Kick off the week with four evenings of fun, skill-building, and teamwork!
What to Expect:
- Soccer skills training and drills
- Organized games and scrimmages
- Character-building moments and encouragement
- A fun, active environment for all skill levels
Children must have completed Kindergarten through completed 5th grade to participate.
Monday–Thursday, 6:00–8:00 PM
Doors open at 5:45 PM each evening. Please do not drop off children before that time.
The $25 Soccer Camp registration fee includes:
- Full access to all four nights of camp (Monday–Thursday)
- Camp T-shirt
- Snacks each evening
- Athletic clothes and shoes
- Shin guards (required)
If you do not have shin guards, they can be purchased during online registration.
Yes, snacks will be provided each night.
We use a secure check-in/check-out system to ensure every child’s safety.
Parents/guardians must come inside to check children in and out.
Yes, but only individuals listed during registration/check-in will be authorized for pick-up.

Yes. All adult leaders and volunteers serving with children are screened in accordance with our church’s child protection policy, which includes background checks where applicable. We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for every child.
By registering my child for participation in Soccer Camp and/or VBS at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in church activities, including recreational sports, games, and group events, involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.
- Medical Authorization: In the event of illness or injury, and when I cannot be reached, I authorize Oak Ridge Baptist Church staff and designated volunteers to obtain appropriate medical care for my child, including first aid and emergency medical services (EMS).
- Emergency Communication: I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me immediately using the information provided at registration in the event of a medical concern or emergency.
- Health Disclosure: I certify that the medical and allergy information provided during registration is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that failure to disclose relevant medical information may impact my child’s safety.
- Release of Liability: I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Oak Ridge Baptist Church, its pastors, staff, volunteers, and affiliated representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my child’s participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
By registering my child for Soccer Camp and/or VBS at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, I grant permission for my child’s likeness (photo and/or video) to be used for ministry-related purposes, including:
- Church website and digital platforms
- Social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
- Promotional materials (print and digital)
- Future event marketing
I understand that these images will be used in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Oak Ridge Baptist Church and will not be used for commercial purposes outside of ministry promotion.
Opt-Out Provision:
If I do not wish for my child’s image to be used, I will indicate “No” in the media release section of the registration form.
