Mark Miller

Mark has served as Pastor of Oak Ridge since October 1996.  He and his wife Carrie are native south Texans and enjoy living along the Texas Gulf Coast.  They are the parents of five children: Caleb, Caden, Caroline, Lily Kate and Colten James. “Our cup overflows!” With all his spare time, Mark enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, singing, and whatever the kids are doing. His favorite Scriptures include Proverbs 3:5-6, Psalm 37:4 and Galatians 2:20.

Carolyn Singleton

Carolyn has been at Oak Ridge since its first worship service in 1980. She loves the Lord and His church. 

Carolyn has two children and four grandchildren and loves spending time with them. She also enjoys reading and scrapbooking.

Elissa Martinez

Elissa’s greatest passion is in raising up people, from all walks of life, into having a personal relationship with Jesus. 
She’s married to the love of her life, Elijah who also serves on the worship team.  Together they have a wonderful family with their sons, Aiden and Levi and their easy going dog Brody!

Jessica Manning

Jessica is an elementary school teacher in Ingleside. She and her husband Chris have two children KD and Bryant. Jessica is always smiling.

Debbie Trees

Debbie coordinates all our preschool workers, both volunteer and paid. She is administratively gifted and a hard worker. Debbie is a home-grown Portland girl and works full-time in the insurance industry.

Keith Lawrence
Keith has been a member of ORBC since 2003. He is married to his lovely wife Jullie. They have a common passion for the ministry of Coastal Bend Grace House which is a ministry born out of ORBC and now ministers to women across the country coming out of destructive lifestyles. Keith has always loved to organize and God has blessed him with the ability to do so. He also enjoys seeing the Church coming along side those in need be it physically, emotionally or spiritually. He loves serving the Lord with the members of ORBC and doesn’t think there is a sweeter group anywhere else.
He has a son Colby, daughter Kenda and son-in-law John, as well as two beautiful grandchildren, Ethan and Ethni.
