Wendy has been our Children’s Ministry Coordinator since December 2023. She and Jay have been married for 19 years and have four wonderful children.

Wendy has had the opportunity to serve in many roles in church ministry in several churches while Jay served in the Marine Corps. Now that Jay has retired she has more availability to serve.

Wendy has been involved in preschool ministry as a volunteer, Awana clubs as a Cubbies and Sparks director, a 3rd and 4th grade Sunday School leader, a 3rd-5th camp leader, and started an American Heritage Girls troop in NC that God is continuing to bless.

Wendy’s favorite part of children’s ministry is seeing families grow in their love and dedication to Jesus!
